    Tonight we (Jack and Dorothy Spirko, and Josiah) are having paleo fajitas. This was all made paleo-style. That means no tortilla. The following is Jack's recipe and cooking method. He isn't big on serving sizes or measurements at all, for that matter. Jack likes to say "Keep trying it until it tastes good." Braising Sauce: Very low amount of soy sauce Beer Worcestershire sauce Apple cider vinegar Powder Rub: - All powdered ingredients are dehydrated and ground in a coffee grinder shallots onions garlic jalapenos chili powder celery shiitake mushrooms paprika Cover both sides of the flank steak with the rub. Throw the steak on the grill at medium heat until it looks too good not to eat. While grilling the meat, we threw in some jalapenos, onions, and green peppers wrapped in tinfoil. Throw that on the grill until the steak is done. As you are cooking the flank steak, baste it regularly and plentifully with the braising sauce. Cut and eat!
